Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association

GNF has been an active member of AAPA since 2003.

In 2017, our GNF Panhellenic Officer began serving as the Phi Mu Alumnae Delegate for the Atlanta Area.

The Atlanta Phi Mu Alumnae Chapter serves as the alternate delegate.

The delegate attends monthly meetings and participates in the annual scholarship, awards, and auction luncheon.

We donate purses, baskets full of gifts, and cash to this function.

Each year, GNF participates in the President's dinner meeting to share and obtain new ideas,
help build a stronger alumnae chapter,  and AAPA.

It is a time for us to meet with other alumnae chapters to share and collaborate with each other.

Since 1927, rings together 19 of the 26 NPC sororities for mutual promotion of Greek life and commitment to community service.  Activities are listed.

Recruitment and roundtables are held each spring for area high school senior girls to learn benefits of sorority membership and what to expect during formal recruitment

Recruitment support from each sorority assists girls by providing Letters of Recommendation

Scholarships are provided by AAPA to undergraduates and graduates each year

Joint Philanthropy is supported by AAPA, currently a homeless women and children’s shelter

Leadership Forum/Chapter Presidents’ Forum is held in the fall as an opportunity for “cross pollination” among Atlanta
NPC leaders to share ideas and experiences.

Greater North Fulton has an appointed board member to serve as our Collegiate chapter delegate. Another GNF member serves as the AAPA Webmaster. All members of GNF are invited to attend AAPA meetings.

Annual dues are $2.50 for each paid member of an alumnae chapter. This cost is included in annual chapter dues.
